Kolhapur, September 8, 2025 \u2013 The Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Kolhapur, organized a grand Induction Programme<\/em> for the MCA-I 2025\u201326 batch<\/em>, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey. The programme aimed to introduce fresh entrants to CSIBER\u2019s culture, values, and opportunities, while motivating them to pursue innovation and excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Mrs. S. A. Nagaonkar<\/em>, who emphasized discipline, continuous learning, and active participation in academics as well as extracurricular pursuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was graced by two eminent industry leaders \u2013 Mr. Omkar Deshpande, Director, World Wide ITES, Kolhapur, and Mr. Saidas Khanagav<\/em>, Executive Director, Cache Technology Pvt. Ltd., Kolhapur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a gesture of honor, Mr. Deshpande was felicitated by Dr. S. D. Bhoite, while Mr. Khanagav was felicitated by Mr. M. B. Patil<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivering the first address, Mr. Omkar Deshpande<\/em> encouraged students to bridge the gap between academics and industry through practical exposure, internships, and collaborative projects<\/em>. He stressed that real-world applications of technology would sharpen their skills and open pathways to professional success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following him, Mr. Saidas Khanagav delivered a powerful keynote address that left a deep impact on the students<\/em>. He motivated them to go beyond theoretical learning and focus on adaptability, creativity, and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
