CSIBER Welcomes MCA-I Batch 2025–26 with Inspiring Induction Programme

Kolhapur, September 8, 2025 – The Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Kolhapur, organized a grand Induction Programme for the MCA-I 2025–26 batch, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey. The programme aimed to introduce fresh entrants to CSIBER’s culture, values, and opportunities, while motivating them to pursue innovation and excellence.

The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Mrs. S. A. Nagaonkar, who emphasized discipline, continuous learning, and active participation in academics as well as extracurricular pursuits.

The programme was graced by two eminent industry leaders – Mr. Omkar Deshpande, Director, World Wide ITES, Kolhapur, and Mr. Saidas Khanagav, Executive Director, Cache Technology Pvt. Ltd., Kolhapur.

As a gesture of honor, Mr. Deshpande was felicitated by Dr. S. D. Bhoite, while Mr. Khanagav was felicitated by Mr. M. B. Patil.

Delivering the first address, Mr. Omkar Deshpande encouraged students to bridge the gap between academics and industry through practical exposure, internships, and collaborative projects. He stressed that real-world applications of technology would sharpen their skills and open pathways to professional success.

Following him, Mr. Saidas Khanagav delivered a powerful keynote address that left a deep impact on the students. He motivated them to go beyond theoretical learning and focus on adaptability, creativity, and innovation.

“The IT industry values not only knowledge but also adaptability and creativity. Students should focus on building skills that prepare them for tomorrow’s challenges. Innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving are the keys to long-term success,” he remarked, inspiring students to prepare themselves as future-ready professionals.

Senior faculty members also addressed the gathering, urging students to utilize CSIBER’s strong academic resources, experienced mentors, research culture, and industry collaborations for their holistic development.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt *vote of thanks by Dr. R. S. Kamat, who acknowledged the contribution of the guests, faculty, staff, and students. He also encouraged newcomers to participate actively in upcoming *seminars, workshops, and training programmes to enrich their academic experience.

The induction ceremony was more than a formal welcome – it was a motivating beginning for the MCA-I batch, inspiring students to embrace academic challenges with confidence and align their learning with evolving industry needs.

With this energetic start, CSIBER reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing competent IT professionals who combine technical expertise with creativity, adaptability, and strong human values.
