Kolhapur, September 8, 2025 – The Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Kolhapur, extended a warm welcome to the MCA-I 2025–26 batch by organizing a thought-provoking Induction Programme, setting the tone for the students’ academic journey ahead.
The programme began with a *welcome address by Mrs. S. A. Nagaonkar. The event was graced by esteemed industry leaders – **Mr. Omkar Deshpande, Director, World Wide ITES, Kolhapur, and *Mr. Saidas Khanagav, Executive Director, Cache Technology Pvt. Ltd., Kolhapur.
In recognition of their contribution, *Mr. Deshpande was felicitated by Mr. M. B. Patil, while *Mr. Khanagav was felicitated by Dr. S. D. Bhoite. Both dignitaries shared insightful perspectives on bridging academics with industry practices, urging students to nurture innovation and practical skills.
Addressing the gathering, *Mr. Omkar Deshpande emphasized, *“The IT industry values not only knowledge but also adaptability and creativity. Students should focus on building skills that prepare them for tomorrow’s challenges.”
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. R. S. Kamat, who acknowledged the contribution of guests, faculty members, and students in making the event a success.
The induction ceremony proved to be a motivating start for the new MCA students, inspiring them to strive for excellence and align their learning with emerging industry trends during their academic journey at CSIBER.
