CSIBER Alumni Inspire Students at Lecture Series on Entrepreneurship
Kolhapur, August 19, 2025* – The **Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC)** of Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Kolhapur, organised a special lecture series on entrepreneurial journeys and business ideas in the Anand Bhavan Auditorium, as part of CSIBER’s **Golden Jubilee Year celebrations**.The programme featured two distinguished **CSIBER alumni** – **Mr. Nitesh Sudesh Chhabriya**, Proprietor in steel and cement trading, and **Mr. Rupesh Maruti Mahendrakar**, Managing Director of Aqua Pure Enterprises – who shared their inspiring experiences in building successful enterprises.
The event began with a **welcome address by Dr. Ajay D. Shinde**, Chairman of the IED Cell, followed by an **introduction of CSIBER College by Dr. Bindu Menon**, In-charge Director of CSIBER. The guests were introduced by faculty members, with **Dr. Kalindi Ranbhare** presenting the profile of Mr. Mahendrakar and **Dr. U. N. Valvi** introducing Mr. Chhabriya. **Dr. Valdmani Kishor Kumar** anchored the session, ensuring smooth proceedings.In their lectures, Mr. Chhabriya stressed perseverance, ethical practices, and market awareness in business, while Mr. Mahendrakar emphasized innovation, adaptability, and customer trust as the foundation of growth.A lively **interactive session followed**, where students asked thought-provoking questions to the guest speakers about entrepreneurship challenges and opportunities. The alumni addressed these queries with practical insights, leaving the students motivated and inspired.The programme concluded with a **vote of thanks by Dr. Shailendrasingh Dikit**, who appreciated the speakers for sharing their valuable experiences and guiding the young aspirants.The session not only celebrated CSIBER’s **50 years of academic excellence and entrepreneurial leadership** but also strengthened the bond between the institute and its proud alumni.
